REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Student only pays college or hostel fee amounts, since it's not a physical product or item there is no cancellation facility available. Student only pays the fee dues shown online in the website. In case of system failures, double payments please find the below mentioned refund policy guildelines.
REFUND POLICY:
No Refunds: Once a fee payment is processed successfully, no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.
Exceptions: In case of exceptional circumstances, such as a system error or double payment, a refund may be considered. However, a formal written request must be submitted to the MASTERMINDS administration within 15 days of the payment date, along with supporting documentation.
Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the fee to be reflected in the school's system.
Payment Confirmation: A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Please verify the details and contact the school immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Technical Issues: In case of technical difficulties during the payment process, please contact our IT department or the designated payment gateway support for assistance.
